Can I get legal help alone, without a whole programme?
We are not lawyers, so for judging the agreement itself we refer you on. What we do is work out with you exactly which questions to put to a lawyer, so that meeting stays short and pointed. That regularly saves a good deal in fees.
I work in logistics. Is there anything else out there for me?
More than you would suspect. Planning, stock control and team leadership in a distribution centre transfer neatly into healthcare, construction and local government. The catch is that you have to write them down in different words, and that we do together.
What if I work in Belgium, or want to?
You can, and in this region it happens regularly. Do note that working across the border affects your social security and your tax position. We factor that into the decision and refer you on for the fiscal side.
Who pays for this?
Your employer foots it in nearly every case, through the settlement agreement or the social plan. The figure follows from the modules you pick and the length of the programme, and it is stated in the quote you get up front. The entry price is 2,000 euro excluding VAT and runs to 5,000; every module you add counts on top of that.
How soon can we start?
Usually within a week. Where a deadline is running we bring the first conversation forward, because the legal question tolerates no delay. The rest of the programme is then scheduled at your pace.
