What if I do not have a car?
Then the radius shrinks and the shift pattern matters more. Shifts starting at five in the morning are hard to combine without a car. We take that into account from the first conversation rather than running into it halfway.
Could I work in Germany?
You can, and around here people regularly do. Meppen and Lingen are roughly half an hour away and short of staff. Do watch the effect on your social security, your health insurance and your tax return; for that we refer you to a specialist.
