With this checklist, you'll know in 2 minutes whether you're working with the right agency.

Not every reintegration agency provides the same quality. With this checklist, you can easily assess whether an agency meets the requirements of the UWV and the expectations of employees and employers.

✅ Professional requirements

  • Experience with second track reintegration
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Gatekeeper and UWV requirements
  • In possession of labels such as Blik op Werk or Noloc

✅ File structure and legal coverage

  • Works in accordance with UWV guidelines
  • Provides timely reports
  • Provides expert opinion or WIA support

✅ Employee guidance

  • Personal coaching by a fixed contact person
  • Helps with self-analysis, orientation and application
  • Takes load capacity and pace into account

✅ Cooperation with employer

  • Active communication with HR and case management
  • Realistic expectations and clear planning
  • Can be deployed flexibly, even in case of emergency or difficult cases

✅ Transparency and approach

  • Clear rates and phasing
  • Availability of references
  • No vague promises, but measurable progress
